The resort lodgings are set along the Pebble Beach Golf Links, site of golf's most prestigious tournaments, including the annual AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am and U.S. Open Championships. Pebble Beach Golf Links was ranked the No. 1 Public Course in America by Golf Digest. The Golf Shop and first tee are located directly across from The Lodge at Pebble Beach.

Another golf option is the The Links at Spanish Bay, an authentic Scottish-style course that hugs the coastal cliffs. It was designed to provide a true links golf experience.

The third golf option is Spyglass Hill, rated one of the toughest courses in the world. The PGA Tour consistently lists three Spyglass Hill holes among the toughest on the tour. The scenery and ocean views are spectacular.

Pebble Beach is not like the surrounding beaches such as Monterey, Carmel and Pacific Grove that surround it. It is actually owned by the private Pebble Beach Company.
